By purchasing, downloading, or using any plugins from WhaWho ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all our WordPress plugins, including the WhatsApp & WooCommerce Affiliate Tracker and related services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our plugins.

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins on websites you own or manage. Each license is valid for one (1) website installation.

2.2 Permitted Uses

• Install and use the plugin on one website per license
• Customize the plugin for your specific business needs
• Receive updates and support during the license period
• Create backups for your own use

2.3 Prohibited Uses

• Redistribute, resell, or share the plugin files
• Remove or modify copyright notices
• Use the plugin on multiple websites with a single license
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the plugin for illegal or harmful activities

3.1 Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your location.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds are available if:

• The plugin doesn't work as described
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
• The plugin is incompatible with your setup despite meeting requirements

Refunds are not available for change of mind, customization requests, or after 30 days.

4.1 Support

We provide technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support is available via email and WhatsApp during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM WAT, Monday-Friday).

4.2 Updates

Plugin updates including bug fixes, security patches, and new features are provided free of charge for the lifetime of your license. Updates are delivered via email or through your customer dashboard.

4.3 Compatibility

We strive to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins or custom themes.

Our plugins process data on your website to provide affiliate tracking functionality. We do not collect or store personal data from your website visitors on our servers.

All affiliate data, sales tracking, and customer information remains on your website and under your control. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

6.1 Warranty Disclaimer

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the plugins will be error-free or meet all your specific requirements.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our plugins.

6.3 Third-Party Services

Our plugins may integrate with third-party services (PayPal, Stripe, WhatsApp, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these services.

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the plugin and delete all copies from your systems.

You may terminate your license at any time by discontinuing use of the plugin. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 30-day guarantee period.
